Dan Holland, the owner of Country Clean, gained his cleaning experience back in the early Eighty’s with a Toronto area cleaning service company. Starting as a helper, he soon realized in order to support his family he would have to apply himself to become a “crew chief”, so in a short period he became “crew chief”. Besides learning the basics of different fabrics, materials and how to clean them this meant learning the most difficult machine in the business “THE SCRUBBER”.
Needless to say, he learned the scrubbing method of carpet cleaning, the dry extraction system and within a few months he became the top cleaner and salesperson in the company. Customers requested him, family, friends and neighbors recommended him. Eventually it was decided to venture with his own cleaning company, Country Clean, which has been based on his reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.
But, city life has not always appealed to the young family as they longed for the air of the Muskoka Country, and believing life is what you make of it, they set off to Gravenhurst. There he worked with a life-long friend for four years under the name “Majestic Carpet Cleaning”. We cleaned a great deal of carpets from the Barrie area to Huntsville, Haliburton and surrounding areas, all-the-while maintaining service for his repeat customers in Toronto. Eventually, with support from family and friends, it is decided to try a new area with a growing population, Innisfil Ontario, which is 10 minutes south of Barrie and 40 minutes north of Toronto.
Central to all amenities since 1995, Country Clean has been growing as fast as the surrounding area. We expect to keep growing and servicing our existing customers and look forward to keeping our new customers happy as well.
